1:1 Blue Mountains Counselling

A safe space to be heard and develop tools in a person centred and strengths based environment. This can be online or in nature, at beautiful and accessible local places in the Blue Mountains.

In the bush counselling is adapted to the individuals needs and capacity and involves a short walk to a place to sit and talk. This may be by a creek, under a tree, or in a cave. For the winter months this can also include sitting by a small campfire.

Creative adventures

Supporting change, health and care in alliance with nature and creativity.

Structured 8 session programs involving finding a sit spot, connecting with place and developing creative tools for self reflection and wellness in nature. This is designed in collaboration with your needs, strengths and interests.

Focused on Eco-art, movement and nature writing in outdoor settings, but adapted to whatever your creative interests are.

"When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, I am able to re-perceive my world in a new way and to go on. It is astonishing how elements that seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens, how confusions that seem irremediable turn into relatively clear flowing streams when one is heard. I have deeply appreciated the times that I have experienced this sensitive, empathic, concentrated listening.”
